How To Measure for Size:

Europe 42 44-46 48-52 54-56 58-60 62-64 66-68 70-72 74-76

Chef Coat: Select size based on the larger of chest and hip measurements. If measurements fall between sizes, order the larger size.

Pants: Select size based on the larger of waist and hip measurements.

Women:

Chest: Keep measuring tape straight and level; do not pull tightly. Measure around fullest part of the bust, under arms and across shoulder blades.

Waist: Relax waist - do not hold breath. Measure around natural waistline.

Hips: Stand with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips, about 9' down from waist.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Men:

Neck: Keep tape snug around neck.

Chest: Measure over any clothing that wil I be worn underneath the garment you are ordering (e.g. undershirt, T-shirt). Keep measuring tape straight and level; do not pull tightly. Measure around fullest part of the chest, under arms and across shoulder blades.

Waist: Measure natural waistline, located above hip bones.
